Shopping Mall and its affiliates ("we") permit you to use this site, subject to the following Terms of Service ("Terms"), which we may update from time to time without notice to you. Please check these Terms periodically for changes. By using this site after changes have been made to these Terms, you agree to the changes.
|1. Terms & Conditions may change|
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of the VRinsight Shop following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as changed. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you use this Website.
|All prices are set by VRinsight Shop with the following conditions|
- All prices stated here does not include Delivery charges, Custom clearance, and all Taxes occure in customer's country.
- Prices of products may be altered without notice.
- All backorders at the time of any price change will reflect the new price.
- We reserve the right to refuse to accept any order, or any part of an order.
* Unless a prior agreement has been made with VRinsight Shop, goods will not be shipped until full payment is received *
Goods may be paid for by any of the following means ;
1. Credit card : We accept Visa, MasterCard & American Express
2. Paypal : You will receive a confirmation e-mail giving you the final amount of your order as soon as you remit the money. If you have any question, contact us (email@example.com), before paying through Paypal.
3. Bank transfer : You can make bank transfers to us. while making bank transfer, please see our bank informatio carefully.
You must ensure that all bank charges are covered by you, e.g. That the total amount of the order is fully credited to our account.
Bank transfer will not be considered payment until it has been fully cleared through the banking system into VRinsight's bank account. It may take 3 ~ 5 business days.

|4. Risk, Ownership and Delivery|
- Risk in the goods shall pass to the customer at the time of delivery.
- The customer is responsible for insurance from the time of delivery.
- Property and ownership of the goods will remain the property of VRinsight Shop until payment has been received in full.
- The customer agrees to pay all delivery costs.
- Any quotation of delivery times by Shopping Mall are made in good faith, but as estimates and not as commitments.
- We will not be responsible for non-delivery, delay in delivery or performance, nor for any loss or damage whatsoever caused directly or indirectly by any force majeure. This shall include (but not be limited to) any act of God, natural disaster, flood or earthquake, strike, lockout, fire, war, civil commotion, inability to obtain products or supplies including the imposition of any export or import bans or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.
- Please see the each product page, since delivery condition may vary.
|5. Warranty & Return|
- The warranty period is one year.
* Since all products sold in VRinsight Shop are developed to having a flight train for individual customers and flying schools, other purposes of purchasing such as amusement park or commercial usage will limit the warranty. (Six months) If you purchase for these reasons, contact us before purchasing.
Any faulty product should be returned to Shopping Mall immediately with the prrof of purchase.
- The warranty is void for any goods which have been tampered with, dismantled, damaged by accident, improper use or incorrect installation.
- Goods found not to have any faults as detailed in any warranty claim will incur a repackage charge (15% of product price).
- Products are subject to the manufacturers warranties only and Shopping Mall will pass on the benefit to the customer if it is able.
- Any product subject to a warranty claim is to be returned in its original package and original condition it was bought, including manuals & software DVD. Otherwise the warranty claim may be rejected.
- If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days from your order date for refund.
- Before sending it back, you should receive prior authorization. To get authorization, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
- All non-defective products must be in their original packaging, and in as-new condition.
- Returned packages must include e-mail of authorization in the package, as well as a copy of your printed invoice. If you do not have your invoice, please include your name, address and phone number so we may contact you regarding any questions we may have. The lack of e-mail fo authorization will result in a refusal of your package.
- Please allow up to 15 business days to process your return from the time it reaches our warehouse.
- We are not liable for lost or untraceable packages. When returning any items to VRinsight.com, please use a postal delivery confirmation or tracking number.
- We reserve the right to deny credit or replacements and charge the customer for parts and labor if the products returned are deemed satisfactory or non-defective.
- If you want to get refund, we will deduct 15% of product price for repackaging. We are not responsible for customer shipping costs to return non-defective or incorrectly ordered products.
